New store obsession!
Hey fashionistas!
I change my mind! It's done, changed, no more, nothing you can do about it, I now am obsessed with Priceline!
Now the amount of times I followed my friend into that store and just stood there impatiently as she spent what seemed like hours going through all the types of foundation, then makeup brushes and then facial cleansers just to find the most perfect product for her, happened often, like once a week, and I never really took notice that Priceline could be a one stop shop for everything beauty related, but it really is!
It was then my turn to spend what seemed like hours looking through every section of the store and admiring all the fabulous products they have on offer! And I had to reframe by self (with the help of my bank account) to only buy the following products:
1. Australis makeup finishing spritz 150ml for $11.21
2. Savy by DB smooth finish primer for $8.99
3. Nivea daily essentials day moisturizer for $ $8.99
Total = $29.19 and money well spent I think! Whilst in Priceline I had excellent customer service from the workers there (I myself work in customer service and am picky on how people treat me when helping me because I pthink "if I have to pretend (whoops did I say that) to be nice to customer all day then you should to", wow didn't that turn into a rant and a half!. The point of the impressive customer service they had was that the worker helped me in finding a way to accommodate my sensitive and dry flaky skin, which is very evident when I wear foundation! So this is what the Priceline worker taught me:
1. That your moisturizer is the most important thing of your make up routine! Like I have mentioned (about a million times by now) I'm very limited when it comes to an income and because of this I was using any random moisture from any recognizable brand. I was using Olay with SPF 30+ and there is nothing wrong with that product at all but for
my skin and my age it was a problem! I was informed that Olay is for a mature skin, and my 20 year old skin is not something to be considered 'mature'. Therefore Ivwas suggested that I use the Nivea moisturizer instead and so far I have had no complaints!
My skin is not as flaky when foundation is put on over the top :)
Have you shopped at Priceline or have an obsession with a shop of your own? Let me know!
